request for your desired dates using the submission form below.

minimum security deposit of $50 is required to hold your reservation
for up to 5 days, and $50 for each additional week, |

A lease
will be sent to you after the deposit has been received.
You will need to return the signed lease with the balance of payment no later than 2 weeks
before arrival,

Refunds will only be issued with a 2 week notice of
cancellation prior to arrival, |

A State
Tax will be added to the lease
total, |

A
$30 cleaning fee will be assed for reasonable use of the
condo. (Note: for those who leave the condo in a total
mess additional cleaning fees will apply),
(We want the kitchen area clean, no dirty dishes,
no trash/food on the floors, or anything else that would
not be considered reasonable use of the condo).
